Providing an innovative space where employees and volunteers can share work areas, feel free to work anywhere in the space, have the freedom to move furniture around when larger symposiums occur while maintaining a non-profit organization's budget was the challenge. Goodmans' solution was to achieve the perfect balance with height-adjustable, sit-to-stand workstations, privacy screens, and centralized lockers vs. storage at the workstation itself. You feel comfortable walking in as a volunteer or an employee working in the office one day out of the week. The two large collaborative areas provide mobile furniture to accommodate company-wide meetings volunteer days and other group events.
