Credit Union West wanted Goodmans to accommodate every single employee as they place high importance on the wants and needs of each. They wanted to ensure that every employee thrived in the best work environment possible.
Goodmans conducted a deep dive over a 5 day period where we meet with every department and every single employee. This research gave us the insight into what the employees needed within their new space to thrive. During that time, we discussed adjacency to other employees, collaboration styles, how much storage would be needed, and privacy expectations. Goodmans also shared the importance of having a true ergonomic workstation and how that would encourage productivity.
