Liv Communities wanted their employees to become more interdependent within their teams while allowing the atmosphere to transform from a mostly physical environment to a more virtual one with an open floor plan. The goal was to create loyal fans, boost profits and referrals, and retain employees.

In collaboration with Smithgroup, Goodmans provided an open plan environment, that allows users to choose where they can have heads-down focus time, along with multiple neighborhoods, and private havens that encourage impromptu conversations.
