Banner Estrella Medical Center approached Goodmans with a product pricing request for reconfiguring an existing tower of the hospital on a strict budget with patients filling the facility 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Throughout two years, 60 phases and bi-weekly project meetings, Goodmans provided extensive value engineering by cleaning and refurbishing existing furniture while maintaining design integrity. Through Goodmans’ Asset Inventory Management system (AIM), items were entered into a database and securely stored in a warehouse until reinstallation. The Goodmans team custom cut surfaces in the field to accommodate new environments.
