Goodmans' furniture donation & recycling program, AIM to Make a Difference, ensures that usable office furniture does not end up in a landfill. Whether you're upgrading your space or simply looking to give back, we make the donation process seamless and responsible.
How to Donate
We accept select office furniture donations to support local nonprofits and community organizations who can access this furniture at no cost.
What We Accept Ancillary or freestanding furniture only (no cubicles or private office systems), Chairs, couches, tables, and similar pieces. Items must be in usable condition—free of tears, stains, and structurally sound
Free Pickup for Active Customers If all donated items meet our criteria, we’ll handle the pickup at no charge. When donating multiple pieces, all items must be in usable condition.
Repairs & Refurbishment We provide repair and refurbishment services only for MillerKnoll furniture. Have an exception? Let's discuss!
Furniture Recycling
We are committed to responsible material management. If we’re installing new furniture in your space, we offer free removal and recycling of eligible items.
What can be recycled?
Due to local infrastructure and logistics limitations, we are currently only able to recycle metal materials from office furniture. However, we are actively working to expand recycling options through policy advocacy and sustainability initiatives.
