JDA wanted to push the envelope for a progressive, open, collaborative headquarters-worthy environment with no private offices. The office is their number one attraction and retention tool. They walk prospects through the space before they interview. The office is also a draw for JDA employees from around the country to convene for meetings.
Goodmans designed a floor plan by teams with each team identified by color. A variety of collaborative and meeting spaces are distributed throughout the space to support several types of work activities.
