Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and communicating with Goodmans via SMS, you agree to receive text messages related to your business transactions, such as order updates, delivery coordination, scheduling, and service communications.

  • Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with Goodmans.  
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.  
  • Goodmans will not send marketing or promotional text messages without your prior consent.  
  • SMS communication is intended solely for business purposes with our customers, partners, and vendors.  
  • Goodmans is not responsible for delays in delivery or errors in SMS transmission caused by your carrier or mobile device.  

Opt-Out Policy & Process

  • You may opt out of SMS communications from Goodmans at any time.
  • To stop receiving messages, reply **STOP** to any message you receive from us.  
  • After opting out, you may continue to receive necessary non-SMS communications via email or phone.  
  • If you wish to re-enroll in SMS communications, reply **START** to the same thread or contact Goodmans directly.
